Prepress
We use a combination of Macintosh and PC/Windows computers to image customer files.
Projects originated on a PC platform remain on the PC during the production process.
Modern trapping and imposition software allows us to go direct to plate without the
use of film.
Press
Our presses include a 2-color 40" Heidelberg perfector, 6-color 40" Komori with
coater, and a 6-color 26" Komori with coater. This combination of presses provides
us with flexibility to use the press that will provide the best quality and economy
for your printing project.
Digital Printing
Our digital department uses Xerox and Canon equipment to produce static
and variable print projects in color or black and white.
Bindery
We have a full-service bindery that provides in-house cutting, folding, scoring,
perforating, drilling, and saddle binding.
Mailing
Our mailing equipment includes automatic inserting, high speed inkjetting, and
inline tabbing. Our software is updated monthly to US postal certification standards.
Fulfillment
We have 150,000 square feet of warehouse and fulfillment space dedicated for
finished goods storage and fulfillment.
Delivery
We offer free pickup and delivery to the Triangle area (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel
Hill), Wilson, and Rocky Mount.
Special Products and Services
We have access to the products and services offered by the 70 plus companies that
comprise the Consolidated Graphics network, the largest commercial printer in the
United States. Language translation, web presses, 64" sheet-fed presses, e-commerce
products, printing on plastics and local presence in the major cities of 26 states
are just a sampling of what we can provide.
